Hello,
I am looking for an Ugly Stik Tiger Casting Rod - 6'-6". medium action, one-piece. My local store is out of them and many online retailers show them out of stock or backordered.

Anybody know of a shop/store that has them or does anyone have a gently used one they wish to sell?

Thanks!

I have two Ugly Stik Tiger Elite 6'6" medium heavy jigging-casting rods, one rated for 3/4 oz.-4 oz. lures, and the other rated for 4 oz.-7 oz. lures.  They're my favorite jigging rods, and I'm definitely not going to sell them.

I jig with the butt of my rod in my armpit.  To make it easier to operate the 300-400 size baitcaster reels which I use for jigging with my rod hand comfortably out in front of my chest, rather than tucked back by my armpit, I have extended the butts of those rods.

I went through the same run around a few months ago and wound up ordering one from Bass Pro shops online. If you don't like it you can return it to a local store.

I looked for a couple months also. Ended up buying the Ugly Stik Bigwater rod from Bass Pro. Actually, I bought three and will return the ones I don't like.

After that order, I accidentally found a 5'10" Tiger jigging rod online at Wal-Mart. Ordered that too.

Good luck on your search!

I've got a spare 7' medium action that I could clear out. little longer than you're looking for but let me know.

Cheers,
Brad

Appreciate that, but really need the 6’6” on this one.

I bought one at the bait shop at McAvoys in Bay Point a few months ago, looked like they had several in stock.

That’s the most common rod, I am surprised they are out.
