Bryan and I hit it hard at the Cove today.  Recent gale force winds offshore subsided this morning, but the leftover slop, a south breeze and current ripping hard to the NW made for challenging conditions to start the day.  With lings and some nice rockfish on the stringers a few hours later, we ran into a special catch on the way in to the point.  Every day is different here, but the recurring theme we try to tap into is the Magic of the Cove.   :smt001

Looks like the "Magic of the Cove" is still in full effect.  Always enjoy the reports and trying to squeeze in a trip sometime this season.
