Went out early this morning in oyster point as the sun came up and the tide was coming in. Forecast said wind, but it ended up being super calm and nice until I got off the water around 9:30.

Ended up catching my first keeper sized halibut (but just barely - exactly 22" !) outside of Brisbane Marina.  Was running a bouncing ball rig with a flasher, a herring, and a hoochie.

Tons of folks on the water today, and I definitely saw people pulling fish in while I was out.

Cheers everyone!

“I’m going fishing.”  They said, “we will go with you.”
