Lots of bass are in five feet of water or less right now. Senkos and dropshot have been doing well with some topwater action early if the wind stays down(which it hasn't very often this week). Crappie have moved back offshore and they're pretty spread out so key in on your electronics to locate them.

There are a half dozen tournaments(boat, kayak, and belly boat) this weekend so expect a lot of company.

Good luck and looking forward to reading your report

The wind has been significant this week. It's running in the 10-20 mph range right now (scheduled through noon), so prepare for wind and minor wave action. Weather is cool last couple of days (mid 70's) with temps on the climb starting tomorrow.

Sunday looks the best in terms of weather at the moment.
