just don't put 7 people in the van. and it should be ok-enough. 
I tow my 19/20 foot CC with a highlander.  (5K towing capacity), with fuel and all its about 4K.  I did put EOH brakes on it, so it is now supersweet

I  think the Trailer is Galvanized Metal, may be 200lb+., van is Front 2 wheel drive, 4 peoples will be in the Van (+500lb). I know to much for the Van. Thanks
