The maiden voyage was a success. Love the new yak. Very stable and tracks well. Fishing was a little harder at Bullards Bar Saturday. Most likely due to the passing weather front. Got my limit of Kokanee but had to search for them. They were scattered in small pods at 40'. Never found a big ball of them. I expect it to return back to normal in a few days of nice weather. Then it will be back to limits in a few hours.

What is it "normal" for kokanee at Bullards Bar?..depth, size, numbers?

Divenfish, the normal is a easy 10 fish limit in 2-3 hours. Usually at 15-25' down. These Kokes are on the smaller side, 9-10" at this time of year. They'll get bigger as the season progresses but they'll be deeper at 60+ feet. I dont have a DR so it makes it hard for me to fish for them later in the summer.

bbt95762, 1&1/2" Hot Pink Hoochies behind a 4" Pink dodger is my got to setup there. I launch out of Dark Day and stay to the right side of the lake.  Good luck!
