I am looking into mounting my Malibu II on the wall in my garage. Any thoughts or suggestions on how to do this? I'm thinking of mounting support rods about 5' apart and hanging the yak from its drain-holes, or port holes or whatever they are. Has anyone else done this?

And in a year when you're boat starts to leak give Sean "SCWAfish" a call and buy a nice new kayak.

I would suggest not hanging your kayak from it's scupper holes as they aren't designed for such abuse.  I would also not recommend leaving your kayak laying right side up especially with its bottom resting on any poles or other uneven structure.  I've seen a few kayaks with nice warped bottoms because of this.  It's best to keep your kayak upside down or on it's side.  The method Mooch posted a link to works well because you can store your kayak upside down this way.  I think some of the online kayak related stores sell all sorts of nylon straps for storing kayaks against a wall.

Here's an article on storing sit-on-top kayaks.

This is a great system for height-challenged garages. Unfortunately, the beams in my 'garage' are over 20 feet high...Any obvious modifications I haven't thought of?
