Can’t wait for April 1st. Finally will get to start rockfish season with a kayak of my own. Just got stocked up with gear from Pitbull Tackle. Fairly priced and quality gear for sure.

A friend just showed some of the stuff that he recently picked up from Pitbull as well. I was super impressed by the quality and the prices seemed quite reasonable.

I'm getting more into slow pitch jigging so I'll be using slow pitch jigs more than anything else. Maybe an occasional swimbait perhaps.
Last year I slayed rockfish with them on party boats.

Thanks for mentioning Pitbull. I just checked out their wares and their swimbaits look pretty durable.

A great source for jigheads and other lead lures is NCKA's very own B0B

You need some loose shrimp flys.  I like to attach one a foot or so above the jig.  Dress with a piece of squid, but not always needed.
