I just wanted to post this separately to make sure all involved know how much you people are appreciated. :smt007
NCKA, I would put my most precious possion in their hands and count on them to keep it safe. I was forced to do this Sat morning when I threw my back out launching at Elk. Tyler launched before me and never looked back trying to catch the group out front and I was forced to sit on the beach w/ back spasms that made me contemplate a helicopter ride out of there. I had a radio (thanks again Alien ) so I was able to talk to all and I had to make the decision on wether to pull the plug on Tyler's first ocean launch and Tournament and what would be a top ten first ever ling. Even when the fog started rolling in I was comforted by the fact that the men and women of NCKA were there to watch over and protect my Son. I did not want to put you guys in that position but you all stepped up huge. Thank you.
I found out right before the trip that Ty Is moving too Truckee So anyone who is going too Tahoe/Truckee give him a holler. He will be working at Sweets Handmade Candies on the main drag selling candy to pretty tourist girls. His Aunt owns the White Buffalo Trinket store next door so check in there if he's not at work. If Anyone has pics of Ty please e-mail them to me, as my internet connection is timing out before I can download them from this site.
I have decided to name the previous reigning Hobbit King Mooch as Ty's Godfather with the rest of you all as stand-ins. NCKA ROCKS!!!!
Too the Whites and Mr. BILL, Erick, Cris, the world needs many more people like you.

Hey Randall.  I hope your back is feeling better.  I'm sure it was torture to not be able to join Ty for his first time experience, but it was so cool that you let him go with the group and trusted us to keep him safe.

It was nice to finally meeting you and your family.  I thank Ty for breaking out the albacore sashimi.  That was good stuff.

... and yes,  NCKA does rock! :smt003

Dude!  your hitting my soft-spot with this one.I think you made an EXCELLENT CHOICE!  and think of all the other baby-sitters that come with the package  :smt004

CONGRATS Mooch!!  Randall has done all the hard work already and now you can benefit from it by having your own fishing buddy for life and you didn't even have to "sleep with some chick" to get what usually comes from a marriage......a fishin buddy! (you got to skip the fun/hard part) no pun intended there. :smt002

Randall, meeting you & Ty was one of the best parts of Elk for me.
Ty is a great guy, so you have a lot to be proud of. Heal that back & lets meet up to fish again.
I think I see a pair of VHF radios in your future?

Bigfoot, your Ty is truely one fine young man. So happy to see him bag a nice ling on his first try. This NCKA group is loaded with outstanding folks and families and outstanding kids. We could do a TV special on how to bring up kids right in America. It is truely a pleasure to be apart of such a special group.
