I was at Moss yesterday (wed. 22) and talked with the DFG guy. He said the salmon have been picking up the last few days; more boats are heading N than S; and that day (wed) represented a big step up in avg. fish size. I saw a couple in the low 20s from one box of 6. I asked the skipper where they fished; he mumbled "Soquel ho.."
