HMB south jetty

Where can I park to easily access the south jetty at Half Moon Bay? I’m thinking about crab snaring and poke poling. I’ve parked near the kayak rental shop for crabbing but that seems like a long haul with crab snares and fishing poles etc. Thank you!

On the side of Hwy 1 Northbound right in the vicinity of the jetty.

Side of the highway is fine... either side is legal.  Otherwise, you can park in the dirt lot near the half pipe right across from the beach that's just south of the jetty!  Just don't park in any of the "lots" for the rv park... you'll get towed
