You could hide a couple silvers inside a cowcod.  Halibut are too flat.  For a chinook you probably want to bring a blow up sex doll with you and hide it in that. 

1.  Nobody is going to touch your sex doll
2.  You can prop her up in the passenger seat and use the HOV lane to and from the fishing grounds.

And definitely make a youtube video, but pixilate the face of the sex doll and the chinook to protect the identity of the innocent.
