Gutting at sea?

From the hook, to lip grippers, to game clip I keep forceps that are also scissors on a lanyard on my pfd fir a quick gill-a-cutty, rinse a few times in the water with a burlap sack on my game clip (center of the closed end of the burlap) leaving the Open end of the burlap available for crabs to be put in before stitching it closed with the clip. Wet burlap occasionally dipped keeps the fish plenty cool for 5 hour or less trips.
