Hi all,

I'm Jewli0n (Julian). I've been Kayak fishing for just under a year now, fishing pretty much exclusively saltwater.  I've been a multi-discipline fisherman (fly, bass, salt) my whole life but stumbled upon kayak fishing about a year ago after seeing someone out in open water at Timber Cove. I knew it was something I had to dive into. I discovered this forum shortly after and have utilized the public boards for lots of information over the months. I've been mostly self-taught, but learned alongside my close friend and roommate last winter and spring. And so, I've finally decided to make my presence known.

I learned on a paddle Kayak (Old Town Topwater) and two months ago upgraded to a Hobie Mirage Passport 12. It changed the game for me entirely.

Kayak fishing has become my life. It's all I dream about, and the number one thing I look forward to on my days off. I've logged around 300 hours on the water, fishing out of the North Bay primarily in the SF bay, Tomales Bay, and Bolinas bay.

I'm eager to build my circle of kayak fisherman friends and buddies, and continue this extraordinarily rewarding lifestyle.

Thanks for having me!

Julian
