Anything to pursue on the Smith in August? Native Rainbows? Summer Steelines? Sea-run Cutties? Not looking for super specific spot info, just some pointers on things I may or may not encounter.

Thanks for any help or advice!

I caught a 6 inch rainbow Saturday, and had a couple others jump out of the water around me.

I don't really know what I'm doing on the smith river, but I'm sure there's some bigger ones around further down the river from where I was.
