Fished the cove Friday and Saturday with my buddies Beau and Gary. Started off catching big ol pregnant surf perch, then Gary caught one, then  I caught a big ol greenling, kept paddling put to the green can to make the drift to the lighthouse, no bites , then spotted a guy that was hooked up to a salmon, ( come to find out it was one of Eriks client s from the day before) he as I was talking to him, Bam, FISH ON, . Ended up landing a 25# + king salmon,(37" long 24" girth) 2 min later Eriks client from the day before was hooked up again, but lost it. . Went back in for lunch ,then paddled back out for round 2. I caught a short Cali and Beau caught a keeper at 24". Met up with Josh and his buddies, what a great bunch of guys. Went out again Saturday morning beau and Gary ended up landing keeper lingcod inside the mooring bouys before lunch[emoji106]. After lunch we made 1 final push. And I ended up with a 27"  Calibut. I love the cove
