If anyone has a womens bicycle for sale let me know. Im cheap so no high end one please its just for wife and I to bond more.

Getting the right size is more important than a gender specific bike. "Woman's" bikes, in the past had a lower top bar, supposedly to make it easier to mount, but in order to make up for lost strength in moving the top tube they added another tube thus adding weight to the bike. There are a lot of used  bikes around. Look for one that will fit her. Small, medium, large frame, whatever matches body.

Look for a 50 cc for her, 54 to 56 cc for you. cc measurement is from top of seat tube to bottom bracket. Bikes are very adjustable for seat height and handle bar position so if the frame is the right size you can make a nice fit with some tweaking.
