Since the GGNRA is not answering calls and we have 5 days left to snare some dungy.  Do any of our knowledgeable readers here know if the road to Kirby cove , black sands beach is open?

Thanks for any help.  There are no doubt some jumbos over there.

Not sure if this helps, but I did drive to Pt. Bonita the other day through the tunnel and it seems like the road to Black Sands is also open.
