Got a reply from Sonoma County parks to an email I sent requesting clarification about Stillwater Park. No go unless walk or bike in. Perhaps put the Hobie on it's cart wheels, hitch to the bike, and tow 25 miles to the SWN?  I may take a run to TC before long and pay Brenda whatever her current fee is.
