I don’t know if I was more surprised to see him or if he was surprised to see me. I’ve caught them in San Diego but never north. This one came from Humboldt county.

Anyone else seeing them in Northern California?

Caught two ocean white fish yesterday in mbay. Very feisty, fighty, muscular fish. Prepare pretty much like rockfish except remove the pinbone strip after fileting. Good tasting fish baked.
