Encinal Boat Ramp Status

Anyone know what the status is. I read it is open but the parking lot was closed. Anyone been there recently?

Yes. The PARKING LOT IS OPEN at Encinal Boat Ramp in Alameda, ca. I am actually going tomorrow morning.
