I saw that sign last Saturday and there people on the beach sunbathing, swimming, saw people without masks, etc.

Even saw the lifeguard driving around in their truck but I don't know if they're enforcing anything.

Not sure if Pacific Grove have the same rules.  These kayakers were getting ready to launch and there's an officer approaching them.

I spoke with a sheriff that said as long as your ankle deep your ok , and they don’t seem to be messing with people before 9am and after 6pm.
