So I asked a question previously regarding free spooling and got the answer now as I get ready to head out, and test the drag, the drag is very jerky.  Any thoughts recommendations or experiences with the rebuild / service.

FYI I was not able to rebuild the actual spool itself, I dis not have the tool to do dissemble.

Thanks

J. Ice

Look up carbon fiber drags. Replace the drag and add in some cal grease. Your drags will be running smooth like an entire rebuild. Give it a shot. --TLA

Anchovy is spot on. Cals grease can be used for your whole reel if needed.  Check out Alantani.com  for your specific reel. Odds are others have had this issue as well.
