Hello All,

As many of you know we are closed due to the shelter in place order. If you are storing your kayak with us please do not hesitate to reach out and I can get your kayak out for you. Also, if you would like to store your kayak closer to the ocean you can for $40 (Unless it is a Pro Angler $50 per month). If you need any item from the shop I can ship it or put it outside in a locked box for you. We want to assure you we are still here for any of your needs when it comes to kayaking and kayak fishing.

We are nearing the opening day of RCG and I have been extensively exploring the area and found where the reefs are. If you need some suggestions let me know. If you are wondering what I am talking about the shale beds off of Del Monte change every year depending on swell. Some reefs get buried in sand and other ones open up. The PWC buoy reef is never buried as it is further offshore in deeper waters. Productive reefs that I marked in the fall are iffy. Some are still there and some disappeared. The whitefish are continuing to grow in numbers and size! Still no halibut on my end but have talked to a few that have caught one off sand city in 50 ft of water. Municipal wharf continues to sell bait
Get out there and Fish!
