Best prices I can ever find. It is cheaper than pre-owned AI. I'm glad shipping didn't kill the deal either. It should be here next week.

I'd be curious to know the final outcome in price + shipping + hassle vs buying local.
I'm sure you are avoiding sales tax but compared to shipping how much will you be saving total?
Factor in warranty work if needed wondering if it's all worth it?

Every deal is different, this dealer is taking a loss on both AI. They found these two older models when they consolidated their warehouses. They have a much bigger operation. Hobie is just a small part of their business. So for that reason, they just want to get rid of it.

Good luck with uship.  I tried 2x to get a quote.  I tried to limit it to 400$ so never got any.  Shipping tends to run around 700+ dollars.

Yes, that is where I am at. Shipping AI isn't cheap. I have quotes from bigger carrier for $800 each from TN to CA.

I was looking at some Revo 13 2019 demo models running 1799 -$1900.  All out of state, but by the time I factored in shipping the deal wasn't there anymore.  I finally found a deal 4 hrs away from me for 1700.  Best money spent!

Both boats arrived in great condition. The guy helped us did a really good job. I can see if this was shipped by a large carrier, it will likely to get damaged. The coordination between the dealer and finding a shipper isn’t the easiest thing. Uship’s model of offering a shipping budget could be tricky for anyone has no clue about a general shipping cost. Also, be aware of there is a service charge and insurance (optional) after you name your shipping price.

I picked the yellow one because it is the older hull. The newer hull may not fit my storage shed. But yes, I’m looking forward to learn sailing with it.
