yes it's true.  check Bayside marine website daily.  i missed a couple days getting ready for Alask, and was astounded!

Salmon being caught at Moss and in ***CAPITOLA**the past couple days.  Capitola bite in 80-120 FOW.

Good site to bookmark and check often, if only I could take my own advice.

Seems like I saw something on coastside about Capitola too

What's the launch/parking situation there?

Actually it's probably not all that far from SC harbor?

Not for you, blue.

Capitola lauch at the wharf.  dump your stuff then drive to the top of the hill where parking is free and run back down to the beach with your rods.  5 minutes.  I'd say paddle straight out due South to 75 feet thenm start trolling...About 1 1/2 miles straight out.

I'd launch from Moss.  The bite was right out in front of the jaws.  120' from SC harbor (not sure about Capitola) is probably 2mi if I remember correctly.

I'm traveling this week but should be back home right when the bite shuts down.  Someone needs to catch one...  Fuzzy Tom is due...

Kevin is correct, 120=about 2 miles from launch both Captola and SC.  75-8- feet is 1 1/2....

LOL "back just in time"

funy Kevin, and yes Tom is due.

I am off the water all week in preps for Alaska.  Someone's got to go out and get some!!!

This thread is killing me.

The rest of the week I can't get off work, but if the last two days indicate my week, I will be sitting on my hands doing nothing of any significance. I'll be out this weekend but like Kevin said, it'll be over cause that is the luck we have at times.
