Hit the suds at Manresa for Mr. Linesides. This one weighed in at just under 12lbs.It hit a Bomber on the surface and fought hard on a relatively light 8' rod and 15# test.

Good looking out Mako1  :smt002.

Nice Aaron,

I love it when the strippers are in. I bet you didn't catch any barred perch thou with the strippers cruising around.

Some of the locals gave me a report that they got 20# and 40# at the usuall perch spot.

Aaron,

Nice job on the striper.  I met you this morning at Manresa.  I went to Capitola and caught a few small halibut on the fluke.  Did you go back in the evening?  What time did you catch the striper.  Same place I met you?  Good job.

Mark

Hi Mark, I went to Capitola and caught one short 'but too.The water was a bit kelpy, so I decided to hit Manresa one more time on the way home.I hooked up on my second cast at around 3:30pm. :smt003
