Are they public and if so what's their ticker symbol?

Cynical part of me think it's like eating a piece of cancerous tumor (it grows outside of and unregulated by a healthy body), but there's no reason why even eating a tumor is less healthy than regular meat, once the tissue is all broken down into smaller pieces of nutrients--at that level, it's gotta be identical to regular meat, assuming not contaminated with toxic elements during the growing stage. 

It's a good start.  Let the market decide if it's viable long-term.
