Fished Sonoma coast with Lost Coast Joe today. The salmon bite is WIDE OPEN and they are slowly making there way into yak accessible water(still several miles off shore.) We had our limits in just over an hour of trolling. Water Melon Apex, no flasher and between 45 and 70 pulls. No shakers or silvers. We fished S/W of the head at 38.12 / 123.08, too far for a yak even on a flat day. Not big fish but respectable. We cant wait for the chance to catch one on our yaks!

Had a killer time on Capt. Matt's PB today.  I think we were one of the first boats to make back into Bodega Harbor this morning after limiting out in about an hour and a half.  Conditions were great. It has really laid down.  Too far to paddle, but it's good to put some meat in the smoker...CIAO!!  Thanks Matt.

I fished out at 13 x 9 and my dad and his crew did also.  They had 6 before 10 am and we had our six by the afternoon.  We had a great show with whales, dolphins and all kinds of life.  My 5 year old dghtr loved it.  It was greasy flat out there.  Great day.
