What a zoo...they wouldn’t take it...da heck...if arctic Glacier is available on Amazon I’ll try to slip em’ a mickey but it’s getting harder to keep it in the bag, they are not leak proof...

Costco and REI are from Seattle. So is Nordstrom's. They started it.

REI was legendary for their returns. There was a nice article in the WSJ back when REI changed to a more sane policy:
