Hung it up couple weeks ago and started chasing perch.  Thought I wasn’t going to make my goal for the year.

The other day, hooked 2 bass but lost em both.  Huge swell knocked em both off at the shore break plus was using perch gear with lc110.

Went back today with the surf rod.  Caught 2 and missed another.  Ain’t over yet.

Nice job Albycor! I was out at The Manresa for nada surf was huge and pushing currents way up the beach. Going to wait for the surf to calm down a bit before I go try again!.
