FOUND: pelican hydro dive and others gear at Russian gulch

I was at Russian gulch beach (Sonoma coast) today with my family trying to escape the smoke. Swell/waves were big and washed up a pelican petal drive and some other gear. Somebody must have attempted a launch or landing there and lost everything. Seems like the last place I would launch but someone must have tried it. Checking if anyone knows who’s stuff this might be.
