Sorry for the tardiness of this Report, left right from fishing to go to an annual Camping/beer drinking event and did not get home until sunday and after unloading all my stuff I passed out.

John Hog was down for that event so I took him out for his first trip off the central coast.  we launched out of Leffingwell at about 6:30 where it was FAC.  ABout 7:15 the fog rolled in thick a brought a little 5 knot wind with it. the wind stayed about 5 maybe 7 knots for another hour and a half until it was getting progressively worse.  although at about ten the fog burned off.  we fished until about 11.  not much luck out there.  I was a little bummed I could not get J hog on any decent fish but he had a blast out there anyway as did I.  he had a couple little rockies, also hooked up with something decent but got spit pretty quick.  I had a couple small rockies a short cabby and one 15.5'' cabby that we kept along with the biggest gopher of the day for tacos.  not  alot of fish but none the less a great day out there fishin with a good bud.  we then proceeded to go camping and drinking with about fifty other friends and aquaintences. pics below: J hog on the water, our launch, my 1 legal Cabby.

nice try, it's been a rough go of late, windy as can be...hopefully it'll calm down soon but i hear we've got south swell coming (which should shut-down the bite) and more wind wind wind...

Nice report, looks like you guys had a good time, not much fish, but fun anyway.  I'm one of the guys that works with John, and hope to make it down south to fish with you some day too.   Come on up north sometime when you have a chance!

Cheers!

Hey Al, thanks for the invite I hope to make it up there soon.  Hope you can get down here as well.  I hope I could put you on some more fish than I did Johnny.  Try and drag him back down here with ya.
