help me decide...
do i try muir for salmon with a back up of rockfish?
do i paddle over to red rock and drift shiners on the incoming?
do i make the long drive up to fort ross?

well i decided (i'm the decider), i'm heading to red rock.  Gonna troll the SR canal on the last of the outgo at 0'dark:30 then get bait from keith and drive over to richmond...

I'm thinking about 7:30 or 8, need to pick up bait from keith, then run over there. The idea is that i'd park on western ave somewhere, then paddle outgo to red rock.
We did really good on the incoming there a few weeks back, and i've always wanted to fish it on a yak...so there  ya go.

company would be great- will make me feel a bit safer crossing that section from shore to rock across the edge of the channel

Yah you got it-- that's what i'm thinking western ave on N side of RIchmond SR bridge. Looks like you take the exit like you're going to the East Brother Light House.
mapped it looks like  a 1 mile paddle....
