I am just looking for ways to eat all the salmon I have caught this year.
Searching for recipes on anything related to salmon I found this commercial salmon bacon.
Bacon is already good. Now salmon bacon  :smt007 :smt007

Sorry Chet! But seems like you have a big problem there and so sorry, I can't help eating them.  :smt044 :smt044 :smt002
Going Fishing?
Winds from the south, hook in
    the mouth.
Wind from the east, bite the least.
Wind from the north, further off.
Wind from the west, bite the
    best.

Joking only! You know I can help eating 'em anytime.
I'll take any leftovers.
