What is this?

Caught in about 35ft.  First time I caught one.
Does it tastes good?  Is it good bait?

The rubber lips I have caught have more of a dull gray color to them but it dose look like a rubber lip. It might be that color cause you caught it deeper than I have caught mine anyway taste like perch. YUM YUM

Chopped up some ginger.  Put sugar and soy sauce with a little water.  Boil in a pan  and cut solts in the perch.  Cooked until it is white.
