selling some of my gear that doesn't get used. I bought this for river trolling for salmon, which I don't do any longer. It's been used half of dozen times and works flawlessly. Currently spooled with 30# PowerPro.

List on Amazon is $223. Sell for $130 OBO - pickup in Davis or can meet in Sacramento, Bolinas, HMB or somewhere similar when the fish are biting and the seas are calm.

Could ship for cost ($15?).

I like my Tekota, but it's not a $223 reel. It looks like it's listed for $159 on Tackle Direct:

There's always money in the banana stand.

Thanks; I appreciate your help!

TackleDirect has basically become a scam site. They post extremely low prices online and then don't fulfill. Try calling their phone number (1-888-354-7335). You'll see they have a recording saying they don't answer their phones and you have to email them. Email them and they will NOT reply. Ever. I've recently had to cancel an order with them (after 6 weeks of no product, no communication, no replies) and the only way to get through to them is to start posting negative reviews on their Facebook page and copying all of their suppliers and partners. So... I'm not going to use them as a baseline for price.

Looking into it, I do see sites like BassPro, Gander Mtn and Dicks have it listed between 180 and 189. $210 on Walmart.com. So my price of $130 is not insane. That said, I'll lower ask to $120 OR BEST OFFER.

Again, thanks for your help!  :smt120
