Tomales Bay for Halibut HKUP, Friday July 19th

Originally planning to Russian Gulch but due to ocean conditions, my wife and I are planning to go after some halibuts at Tomales Bay.
It will be our first time launching a kayak from Miller Boat Launch.  Plan to arrive around 9 AM and stay until around 3 or 4 PM.
Will have my VHF radio set on Ch 69.

Beautiful day at Tbay but no bites, no fish for drifts almost to Tom's Point to the lower buoy south of Hog 7:30 to 11:30. Maybe the afternoon tide swing will be better. Tide incoming around 9 was ripping. Lotta bait showing on the meter.
