Thanks again PK. It does appear SMRs mainly affect shore and kayak anglers. The copy of proposed closures I have is black and white. Maybe it would make better sense if I had a color coded copy. Even better if streets were listed as boundary zones.

I hear that there will soon be a masters program called, "where in the hell I can fish, at what time, date, depth, method, coordinate" etc

maybe it is getting toward revolution time...
