Only able to fish one day for 5-6 hrs, vis was great, lots of abs, landed a bunch of smallish black and blues, released, kept a big greenling,3 blackand golds and a big cabbie
tacos for the camp. Great hiking weather, went miles up the fern canyon, saw wild little salmon in the creek. Tried real hard not to think about HMB...
All other days were un-fishable but simply awesome to observe.

I didnt dive, but my campmates went every day, we ate a lot of ab, they dont fish, so when Anita and I whipped up the takos, it floored them all. As usual, they rocked.
The blues and greenling I caught on ultra light spinning rig with a kastmaster in the kelp paddies, what fun!
Next time Ill bring a fly rod.
One of the lucky ones that got to swim away...
