Impressive, how do you guys measure sturgeon from a kayak?
I have the slot marked with tape on my paddle. One piece at 40 and one at 60.  If it’s really close to one end or the other it’s difficult to check. Otherwise it shouldn’t be too hard to see that it’s in the slot.

Yes it was! Hard part was trying to counter weight the fish.

I’d be down for Sunday sturgeon hunt. Would like to tag along if anyone is hitting the delta or China camp area. Got my anchor trolley set up.

I was using ghost shrimp. On occasion tag it with some juice.
