This seems " Simply Easy " . get it....get it...   

Black forest ham , cheese and some greens all rolled up. topped with a little balsamic vinaigrette .

Tri-Tip and a some sort of cheesy Potato side the wife makes.  Also, I have a pit barrel cooker for the tri-tip, I can bring it over to the group site when we start cooking.  Looking forward to the weekend.

I'm not in the tourney, but will be coming up with my son. I'll be grilling some sausages to walk the line with.

I wont be able to stay super late,
any objections to the new dad bringing beer to the potluck?

Ill have a sign that reads "simply beer"
