connecting humming bird matrix 12 garmin rino 120

I just got a huminbird matrix 12 and found out that it is gps ready if your gps is nema compatable, does any one know if the 120 is nema compliant, and /or where a cable can be obtained, I have looked at both mfg sites and have had no luck, can any one offer any input??thx
