An okay day @ soon to close Harvey Street.  Paddled out about 1.5 miles off eat west ranch to the outer kelp on Pj's reccomendation.  Quite a few small ones, but got a 29" ling who was tourquoise blue through and through.  I brought it home to my wife, who accused me of filletting a smurf.   :smt012
