I don't really.... I know it's based on the attwood centric frame. If you get it through Amazon prime you can return it if it doesn't fit

That is the type of seat I have on my bass boat, That would be so comfortable in the yak. I wonder how top heavy it would make the setup?

I ripped out the stock seat(if you call it that), and dropped in this seat.  It falls right into the seat mold and doesn't slide around! Bungie cord here and there to latch it down is all its needs

good point!  It will change the center of gravity. On a tandem island it is ok, but on a single hull that could be a problem.
