Looking to go to Half Moon Bay tomorrow never been there on The Kayaks any recommendations of put in places and where to fish would be greatly appreciated

There are two places most people launch. I last heard that one has limited parking due to demolition. The other is just to the left of HMB Kayaks. Parking is in the big lot above (with all the RV's etc ) and wheel your yak down. If you get there before HMB kayaks opens you can drive in there, unload closer to the water and then park in the big lot. After exiting the Harbor to the right along the edge of the restricted zone may get you some rockfish. Watch out for the wash rock. Salmon can be from just outside the Harbor to between the Green and Red Cans. Kelp beds by the Red Can can sometimes produce nice Lings

at the "old pier" they removed the demolition equipment so parking is back to normal although very limited since the resident on that corner has moved in. Good luck
