Are there marine led emergency signalling devices yet?

I carry a small signal mirror in addition to a chem light.  The mirror is obviously only good for daytime, but the power of the sun can't be beat!

I use an ACR C-Strobe. It is super bright for night use. Not sure about using it during the day.

I have this one, although I've never had to use it before so I wouldn't know how good it is.
