Hopefully, you cut the gills and bled it quickly. Soak the meat in milk or water to remove any urea that may cling to the flesh. Good catch, Jacob.

Clean throughly to remove skin particles and blood line darkness and keep dry blotting with towels.  Fillet meat then steak and marinate in oil, salt and pepper, and citrus rind of your choice.  Grill  :smt006

Thanks Eddie that sounds amazing! I already put the meat in milk think I could still marinate it?

Eddie's recipe is spot on! As long as you gut sharks fast and
bleed them out, they taste great! Best sharks thar I've eaten are seven gills and soup fins. I like to make sweet and sour shark. Follow this recipe.... http://visualrecipes.com/recipe-details/recipe_id/117/Sweet-and-Sour-Pork/ but use the shark meat instead of pork and add pineapple juice instead of water and add some pineapple chunks with the veggies. I also use this on bass. You have to try it! All my friends ask me to make it if were getting together....  let me know what you think.

It's a little messy making it this way but it's way worth it! Do all the prep work ahead of time and it will make your life a lot easier!
Enjoy
