SOLD 7/14/18
Hey Guys
I bought this trailer new, and then modified for my Hobie Outback.  Turns out I really don't like trailering, and will stick with shoving the kayak in the back of my Explorer (looks weird, but works).  Have plate, title, and current registration as well.

Anyway, here's the rundown on the modifications:

1) 4x8 HBF Folding Trailer
2) No longer "folding", bolted 2 halves together with 8 bolts (still have the hinges).
3) All nuts/bolts are SS (never installed the factory bolts), and added SS washers for each bolt.  Only exceptions are: A) the HW for the leaf springs and axel, and the bolts that hold the fender mounts to the trailer (ran out).
4) Unistrut framing w/ end caps.
5) 3 inch conduit for bunks with indoor/outdoor carpeting (extra carpet to replace both bunks when worn out).
6) Upgraded "LED Pipe Lights".  All wiring complete and working.
7) Spare tire.

Asking $300

Those "pipe lights" are nice. How did you do those?

The Pipe Lights fit on std. 2" PVC, but I used 2" grey conduit as I had it laying around.  I didn't cement them on the pipe, as they are stuck on pretty tight as is.  The kit came with 4 small tap screws to hold them on, incase you need to replace them.  I ran the wires down through the conduit, and then through the Unistrut to keep all of the wiring from hanging and having to use a bunch of tie wraps to hold it in place.  All of the wires are also covered in that black plastic wire tubing (has the slit running down it to enable the wires to be inserted).  Then used tie wraps at a few locations to hold it in place.  Overall it's a very clean install.
