GoPro Advice

Need some advice on selecting a GoPro for diving and source.

Have an older model and want to upgrade.

Currently have the hero 3+ and was wondering if the newer models fit the same water proof housing as as 3+ or would I need to order that too.

I believe the newer versions do not have housings and are supposedly waterproof.

Try out the yi action cameras. They are pretty good for the price. I used one of them in the maldives in Jan and it did great.

No that will be the backup cam

I want one, just looked at it.

The newer GoPro have a fixed square lens and will not fit in the older style housing.

The newer GoPros are supposed to be Waterproof without a housing, but I got an separate housing as added insurance... there's a lot of knock offs on Amazon...
